Our Quality Inspection Process

Quality is always our top priority. We take all our products very seriously. For each order, we inspect every single product before shipping out. Our process goes as follows:

1. Our engineer will draft a list of all critical points to a specific product.
2. This draft will distribute to all members in our quality inspection team
3. For each new product, our engineer will then train our workers to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
4. For casting parts, we send our parts to third-party lab for chemical, physical and metallographic analysis and reports will be sent to customers.
5. We then pick parts from the shipment randomly to verify the dimensions of our products.
